Transfer Tower - Adhesive Delivery System
The Bulk Adhesive Transfer Tower automatically transfers adhesive from the manufacturers shipping container into a standard hopper feeder for fast dispensing of adhesive.
Overview
The Transfer Tower includes level control for convenient adhesive monitoring. An optional Stand Vibrator is designed to keep adhesive pellets from bridging thus flowing freely into the transfer tower.

Features
- Heavy duty stainless steel angle construction with eight support points that match the shipping container’s eight support feet.
- Level-control system that alerts the line operator when the shipping container needs to be replaced.
- When the hot-melt units request adhesive, both the external (optional) and internal vibrator packages are activated.
- Spring-loaded transfer-funnel assembly that establishes a seal between the transfer-funnel assembly and the shipping container.
- Adhesive dispensing raised platform permits wash-down under the dispensing container.

The Transfer Tower supports up to a 1,500 lbs (680 kg) shipping containers.
The fully enclosed system keeps your adhesive from becoming environmentally contaminated during refill while also ensuring maximum run time. When the shipping container runs empty the Dynafill reservoir will keep your line running until a fresh container of adhesive is placed on top of the Transfer Tower.
