1. Fast modems - cable/DSL - click on literature "Fast Download" or "High Resolution" Download to access literature.
2. Standard modems - click on literature "Fast Download" to access literature.  For "High Resolution" recommend the following:
3. Right click on "High Resolution" PDF Download Link
4. Save Target As . . . 
5. You might want to set up your own "literature file."  (Fast modems may want to do this also.)
6. Download to destination you determine (note that you will get the benefit of download time from your modem).
7. Open after download using Acrobat Reader.
