Industrial Equipment Sales Representative
Market Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE, with a minimum of 5 years proven successes in Industrial Equipment Sales, to join our professional team.  The individual will be required to develop sales, market analysis, application trends, and growth opportunities for targeted market campaigns in North America for the Product Assembly Markets.

Emphasis will be placed on promoting Lean Process in order to reduce:

• Labor Cost
• Adhesive Cost
• Work In Process
• Lead Times   

Prefer a candidate to have a 4-year degree in marketing, business or engineering. Previous sales and marketing experience with technical industrial products / capital equipment is highly desirable.  Our company is based in Nashville, TN; this position will require travel on an on-going basis.  An active role will be required in meeting customers, assessing and analyzing their application needs, and closing sales.  Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Power Point and database entry and exchange techniques is required.

We offer a base salary, plus commission and excellent benefits.
