Vector™ Metering Station
The Vector™ metering station can be mounted directly to a Vector™ distribution manifold or remotely metered. The adhesive is delivered with the extreme accuracy of up to ±0.5% at the point of application.

• Metering platform shares a common pump base with other applicators including slot, spray, and bead.
• Pumps can be configured every 50mm to supply a single hose output.
• Vector™ pumps can be changed-out in less than five minutes, minimizing changeover time.
• Pump/hose outputs range from 0.4cc/rev to 6.8cc/rev.
• Vector™ metering platform is capable of up to four individual metered pump/hose outputs per station.
• AC or servo motor and precision gearbox for accurate speed control of pumps (1 to 45 RPM).
• Standard metering platform is available in widths of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm.
• Features adjustable or pre-set pressure reliefs of up to 85 BAR.
• The metering station can be located remotely (RMS - Remote Metering Station), or locally mounted (LMS - Local Metering Station) at the distribution manifold.

Vector™ Slot Adapter
The Vector™ slot applicator is available in six coating widths ranging from 100mm to 600mm, expandable in 100mm increments, providing extreme accuracy at the point of application

• Slot applicator shares a common pump base with other applicators including spray and bead.
• Pumps can be configured every 50mm or on custom centers.
• Features the Apex™ Series high-speed module with patent pending quick-change Festo solenoid.
• Apex™ Series modules can provide intermittent patterns as low as 4mS or on time.
• AC or Servo motor and precision gearbox for accurate speed control of pumps (1 to 45RPM).
• Precision hardened steel die plates for long life.
• Metering accuracy of up to ±0.5% every 25mm width.
• Standard applicator available in widths of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm.
• Vector™ applicator capable of providing an individual metered flow output to each module.
• Vector™ pumps can be changed out in less than five minutes, minimizing changeover time.
• Available in a V-Slot configuration for multiple stripe patterns and very fast cycle speeds.
   

Vector™ Spray Adapter
The Vector™ spray applicator is engineered for precision application onto a variety of substrates with metering accuracy of up to ±0.5% every 25mm in width.

• Spray applicator shares a common pump base with other applicators including slot and bead.
• Pumps can be configured every 25mm or on custom centers.
• HS Series modules provide intermittent patterns as low as 4mS of on-time.
• AC or Servo motor and precision gearbox for accurate speed control of pumps (1 to 45 RPM).
• Utilizes Omega™ or Random Fiber quick-change nozzle technology for precision conrol of pattern and adhesive savings up to 70%.
• Metering accuracy of up to ±0.5% every 25mm in width.
• Standard applicator available in widths of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm.
• Vector™ applicator capable of providing an individual metered flow output to each 25mm module.

Vector™ Quick-Change Metering Pumps
