Reliability
The Gemini hot melt adhesive hose puts a stop to costly production line downtime due to hot melt hose system failures and simplifies preventative maintanence. Competitive hose configurations consist of single-strand construction and when a hose fault occurs, the result is line-down down until the hose is changed-out. Gemini hoses have dual temperature sensors and heater wires. Should a fault occur, Gemini switches to the backup circuitry thus minimizes or entirely preventing down-time.
