Interior Doors - Construction Industry Solutions
Interior doors are frequently constructed from wood stile and rails which are laminated to front and back skins. This lamination must withstand years of wear-and-tear as well as use during those years. These laminations are usually applied via Bead, Fiberbond™ UFD Technology, or Roll-Coating. To ensure that this lamination is the strongest it can be, ITW Dynatec will work with you to create a unique solution that fits your needs.

Exterior Doors - Construction Industry Solutions
Exterior doors are frequently constructed from wood stile and rails which are laminated to front and back skins. Many exterior doors also are insulated, or contain a fire retardant and/or sound deadening core. ITW Dynatec understands that exterior doors go through a lot of punishment and that the lamination of the skin to the stile and rails needs to be able to withstand that punishment. Our Fiberbond™ UFD technology can provide a clean application everytime, while using less adhesive and providing the same or greater bond strength.

Garage Doors - Construction Industry Solutions
Garage door construction uses hot melt adhesives in a variety of different ways. Precise placement and clean cut-offs are needed when adhering end caps to panels, which is exactly what you get with ITW Dynatec's Micro Optima™ bead applicator. Oftentimes, insulated doors will have an EPS core which is laminated using our Fiberbond™ UFD Technology or roll coating.
