ITW Dynatec designs, manufactures and sells a full range of hot-melt adhesive application equipment and accessories for the Beverage Industry. The Dynamelt™ S has the capability to track line speed changes to accommodate adhesive volume output accordingly. If precise adhesive glue placement is needed, the ITW Dynatec Mod-Plus BF™ line of applicators will fit the job. The Mod-Plus BF™ family offers air open/air close valving as standard and a large built-in heated filter.
With the addition of an ITW Dynatec adhesive bulk delivery system - the ADS1 DynaFill™ or HF series - a fully enclosed and safe operating system can be easily maintained. The Transfer Tower system keeps adhesive totes off the floor, and lets gravity do the job for transferring adhesive into the ITW Dynatec adhesive delivery system.
ITW Dynatec also provides replacement systems for wraparound labelers used in the Beverage Industry. Our high volume, Melt-On-Demand Dynamini™ and Dynamelt™ S systems are configured as drop-in replacement units.
