The Gemini™ Automatic Hot Melt Hose prevents hot melt line downtime by utilizing dual circuitry which activates in the event of a temperature sensor or heater element fault or failure.

The Gemini™ Automatic Hot Melt Hose prevents hot melt line downtime by utilizing dual circuitry which activates in the event of a temperature sensor or heater element fault or failure. A set of LED lights illuminate to let the operator know that the switch has been made, saving time and money. Gemini™ hot melt hoses are available in automatic, manual, Slautterback®, and Nordson® configurations.
 
 Features
  • Gemini Manual Version: Back-up heater and temperature sensor are activated by manual/ activating the secondary circuitry.
  • Gemini Automatic Version: Back-up heater and temperature sensor are automatically activated in the event of a fault.
  • Gemini Automatic incorporates a flashing illuminated control box which activates should a fault occur.
  • Heater watt-density is hose length optimized, virtually eliminating adhesive char.
  • Competitive hose configurations are available and 100% compatible.
